Wanted you to know that I ran the zapper on the dog and cats today with the contacts.  The dog was easy, the cats were impossible which is what was concerning me.
I chose my easiest cat but she squirmed over and over again….. and it was impossible to wrap her in the ace bandage and I realized it just doesn’t happen with my cats.    So…since I had zapped the dog first the contacts were already attached to the bandage.
This is how I proceeded with the cats.  I sat on the floor, with a cat on her back and head up against my chest.  She sat on my crossed legs and leaned against me.  I saturated her fur and placed the contacts (stuck on the ace bandage) on her wet tummy.  Then I started the 5 minute zapper and pressed lightly on back of the ace bandage where the contacts were on the other side.  I did this with all the cats and kept rewetting the fur when dry with a dense sponge.  Each cat got 2 x 5 minutes, total and were rewetted about 4 times each during the 2 cycles.  They were well behaved this way and I could pet them or scratch their chins.  The other way just didn’t work for me.  Will let you know the results.

take care,
thanks as always,  Y
