Hello Arthur,
When I first got my zapper I was about to get the flu.  After 2 days of zapping, I was completely OK.  I have not been sick since.  My son also has not had a sinus infection.  My husband does have some healing crisis sometimes after zapping, but not bad if he will zap regularly.  Thanks so much.  TB
