Hello Best Zapper,
I just got back from a cardiologist appointment where I had the zapper and zappicator tested in relation to my ICD implant and everything checked out fine. In fact, this was done while I was hooked up to the AutoZap 5 and also with the zappicator against my chest, and there were no problems. Now I want to be certain that my zappicator is indeed functioning as it should. What is the process for checking that out?
My ICD was implanted a year and a half ago so, obviously, I haven’t used either device since then, and then when I saw your article on taking them to the doctor for testing I did just that.
I am very happy that I can once again use these devices safely, as last week I was diagnosed with pneumonia, so will put them to good use right away.
