I have been using the Auto Zap 5 with the wrist bands, as well as the Zappicator every day for quite a while now. I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease around 2008 and ever since then, I have been trying to find ways to heal. I use the wrist bands to keep my immune system in check and find that the Zappicator when placed against my head for 15 – 30 minutes helps me at bedtime. It seems to stimulate circulation and helps me fall asleep quicker.
